In order to make the most effective use of the different specializations of the professionals involved, also according to the different levels of experience acquired, IGEAS Engineering S.r.l. adopts, for each assignment, a specific organizational system that makes it possible to properly address a whole series of factors which, if not taken into consideration, could cause serious disruptions in the development of the project.
In this way, the following are ensured:
- that each person is aware of their own level of responsibility;
- that all documentation produced or received is properly checked, circulated and archived;
- that the intermediate stages between the various project activities are known and taken into account when transmitting information.
The operating methodology essentially leads to the performance of the planned activities according to phases which, in the case of design activities, make it possible to achieve the predetermined optimum objectives, both technical and economic; each phase of the activities to be carried out plays an essential role in the optimization process and must be analyzed not individually, but in conjunction with the others.
In the case of the preparation of a Project, the culminating point is the drafting of documentation which, among other things, must bring together the following qualities:
- being technically correct;
- complying with all Standards and Regulations;
- being submitted within the required deadlines;
- being consistent with the required graphic standards;
- incorporating construction processes suited to commonly used techniques;
- being easy to read and straightforward to interpret across the various technical documents.
For all these reasons, in addition to the conditions set out in the previous points, the team responsible for carrying out the activity must be able to rely on the technologies required to ensure the proper fulfillment of the above.
